“The Canticle” US premiere

On October 4th, 2025, The Canticle had its U.S. premiere at the National Shrine of Saint Francis of Assisi in San Francisco. The installation was presented inside the historic church, offering visitors an immersive and contemplative experience inspired by The Canticle of the Creatures by Saint Francis.

Through sound, light, and spatial design, The Canticle invites audiences to explore the dialogue between humanity and the natural world, between fragility and harmony. The experience unfolds as a meditative journey where technology becomes a tool for reflection rather than spectacle.

The creative production is by Stefano Casertano, and the realization by Daring House. The project brings together a team of artists, designers, and technologists who have worked to translate a centuries-old spiritual text into a contemporary sensorial language.

After its debut in Assisi and its presentation in Europe, The Canticle continues its path abroad, reaching an audience that recognizes in Saint Francis’s message a universal call to empathy and balance.
